To apply for the Housing Program, prospective members must submit a completed application and consent to a background check. All applications are carefully reviewed to assess eligibility and program suitability. Upon approval, next steps and available housing options will be discussed. Please note that housing placement is not guaranteed.
The monthly housing program fee may be paid through one of the following sources: SSI, SSDI, Pension, VA Benefits or Program Pay. All payments are due on time as a condition of maintaining good standing in the housing program.
The Envision Housing Program provides safe, shared, drug and alcohol-free independent living for adults who are capable of managing their daily responsibilities without hands-on support. Each resident is provided with a private or semi-private room, access to shared common areas, and essential amenities."
No, we do not provide case management or direct services.
However, we may assist in connecting residents to external community organizations and resources through referrals, based on individual needs and availability.
Yes, we provide community resources to help individuals achieve long term stability.
Applicants must be a single independent individual at least 25 years of age with verifiable income from one or more of the following: SSI, SSDI, Pension, VA Benefits, or Community Program Pay.
